Summary:

Operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on equipment, utility and distribution systems. Included but not limited to domestic water, steam, chilled/hot water systems, HVAC, electrical distribution systems, emergency power systems, vertical lift systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, pneumatic tube systems and building automation.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED w/ 8+ years. Technical or College considered in place of Years of Experience.

  • Work toward obtaining expert status on at least two systems and obtain State License in related field preferred.

  • Skilled in Healthcare/Commercial Maintenance, Building Automation, Plumbing, Electrical, Emergency Power systems and Computer knowledge.

  • Troubleshoot problems and make needed repairs as needed of system and equipment. Pneumatic tube system, Medical Gas, Building Automation and AutoCAD experience preferred.

  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and customers through good service skills and effective communication.

  • Universal EPA certification preferred.

  • City/State license in related field preferred.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.
