Description

We have an exciting opportunity out of theDallas, TX officefor aProject Controls Specialist, as a part of the Centers of Excellence division,toperform project controls duties under the direct supervision of the Engineer of Construction for the ongoing including but not limited to the following:

  • Administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)

  • Reviewing contractor and vendor pay applications and invoices.

  • Preparation, processing, and progress tracking of change orders for extra work.

  • Tracking and distribution of all construction contract authorizations.

  • Review and processing of contractor prepared payment applications and all diversity and inclusion plans and achievement reporting.

  • Implementation and compliance with all current client procedures and requirements.

  • Preparation and distribution of all documentation: correspondence, forms, distribution of meeting minutes, etc.

  • Maintenance of all project and contract files.

  • Data entry related to all of the above.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Contract Specialist, Office Engineer, or related.

  • Ability to communicate orally and electronically in a professional

  • Prior aviation experience is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, SAP is desirable.

Compensation Range:

$127,967.00 - $171,593.00
