Payments Delivery Shared Services Director
The Payments Delivery Shared Services Director provides strategic direction, critical oversight and leadership across multiple shared functions across Payment Delivery Services (PDS) and the broader Payments org. Key organizational responsibilities include print/mail operations, payment investigations, adjustments, exceptions, network settlement, customer authorization, corporate treasury operations, data governance, production support, citizen development, control monitoring, performance metrics, strategic reporting, and various other compliance and risk self-assurance activities. A broad perspective on payment operations, risk management and the wider payments business is essential for success.

Position Qualifications
  • Minimum of some college courses in Business or Finance required
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 10 years of relevant banking/payments experience
  • 8 years Project management experience
  • 8 years Strategic planning experience
  • 5 years US payments experience
  • 5 years Manage or working with metrix teams
