Our Garland, TX location has an opening for a Quality Manager position. This position will lead a team of quality professionals that provides daily quality support and assists with enterprise quality initiatives including on-going product development projects and line expansions. Candidates for this position should have energy and passion to improve and standardize our functional processes, as well as leading with purpose and integrity.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
