Marketing Workfront and AEM DAM Admin
The Marketing Workfront and AEM DAM Admin will be the main Administrator and responsible for both applications with assistance from the MarTech Manager. Main responsibilities include in-app configuration for automation and integration with other apps, like Jira, via the Fusion plug in for Workfront. Create and maintain reports that support our Marketing compliance colleagues for company and external compliance audits. Lead the Center of Excellence for both applications. Attend Adobe feature releases, knowledge transfer and manage roadmap for apps. Design and manage cadence for audits of system, custom forms, fields, compliance approval flows, etc. Work closely with compliance to ensure that all marketing materials have the correct compliance meta data to migrate with the asset to the AEM DAM. Participate in Workfront and DAM governance. Will have some Workfront project management work across lines of business and different work types (email, social, collateral, etc.)
Position Responsibilities:
Workfront Admin
  • Responsible for configuration of in app automation via Fusion.
  • Responsible for integrations and configuration via Fusion.
  • Manage Workfront/DAM Help and change request queue.
  • Maintain COE on SharePoint Online.
  • Train new colleagues on Workfront features and processes.
  • Build compliance reports as need to support internal and external audits.
  • Member of governance committee for both platforms.
  • Responsible for new user account configuration via Adobe Admin Console.
  • User Audit Reporting for compliance.
  • Work with Workfront project manager(s) on automations that will boost efficiency.
  • Participate in compliance change discussions and decisions.
  • Manage project work in Workfront.
DAM Admin
  • Manage meta data fields to ensure capture of the correct information for compliance audits,
  • Manage meta data for one-year compliance and seven-year Information Lifecycle Management approval projects and update as needed in the DAM to be compliant.
  • Participate in compliance audits.
  • Maintain Center of Excellence on SharePoint Online.
  • Responsible for new user account configuration via Adobe Admin Console.
  • Train new colleagues on DAM features and processes.
  • Works with colleagues across Comerica's geographic footprint.
  • Work with external agencies.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Workfront certified
  • Fusion configuration
  • Adobe AEM DAM experience
  • 5 to 7 years' experience with marketing
Comerica Bank Tower
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
