What We Need:

Profound Knowledge in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP): Your experience with SIP is crucial. Whether you've worked with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Sansay, Oracle Acme, or similar platforms, your ability to navigate these waters is invaluable.

Operational Mastery: We're seeking someone who thrives in operational SIP and voice engineering support. Be it carrier performance management, routing intricacies, or the occasional necessity to challenge PSTN vendors, your expertise will be our guiding light.

Troubleshooting Savant: A knack for SIP and SBC troubleshooting is key. Your analytical skills will ensure smooth operations and optimal performance across our telephony platforms.


Tools of the Trade:

While development might not be the core focus, familiarity with the following will be beneficial:

.Net Services, K8S, Docker + Compose, Node.js, and an appreciation for Rust where applicable.
Orchestration and deployment prowess, especially in environments like AWS (Cloudfront, Fargate, ECS), coupled with Ansible, and the occasional bash script for that perfect operational tune-up.
