YOUR PURPOSE:

The Sr Enterprise Architect - Finance ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is responsible for defining the enterprise architecture in support of the ERP team. Enterprise Architect to lead the definition, implementation, and continued improvement of technology capabilities for the Finance, Procurement, Mortgage & Title organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strategic and cohesive technology roadmap that supports business outcomes. As an Sr. Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.



Responsibilities

  • As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
  • Coach and mentor team members and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking.
  • Establish and participate in a collaborative community of architects to guide transformation and resolve any conflicts across technology dependencies and competing enterprise business outcomes.
  • Define and execute the architecture strategy for Finance, Procurement, Mortgage & Title, aligning it with business objectives and driving innovation within the organization.
  • Maintains the alignment, integration, and coordination of architecture activities across different programs, projects and products as they evolve over time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient technology solutions that enhance Finance, Procurement, Mortgage & Title operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and identifying opportunities for rationalization.
  • Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture.
  • Develops and executes communications that provide the audience with concise facts; addresses business concerns and presents the implications of various alternatives.
  • Sets/changes direction at the enterprise level by building and using direct and indirect support for ideas.
  • Evangelize ideas, creates culture and strategy across the enterprise in support of business mission to various audiences to drive outcomes.
  • Builds trust across the teams through competence, reliability, sincerity and caring. Sells and improves their functional strategy, its outcome, and ongoing results.
  • Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle JDE E1
  • Partner with clients' business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle - requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Defines vision and enterprise -wide standards for scope management.
  • Leads efforts to find synergies and simplification of business processes.
  • Identifies and acts as a catalyst for change.
  • Implements actions to create change and is accountable for results.
  • Establishes a vision for taking the current strategic direction to achieve greater results.


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 10 years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle JDE E1
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing technology solutions for back-office operations.
  • In-depth understanding of back-office processes, such as finance, e-fulfillment, procurement, and legal operations, as well as related technologies and platforms.
  • Strong expertise in solution design and architecture principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.
  • ERP experience in Finance (AR or AP but GL or Financial Planning and Analysis)
  • ERP either (Oracle or SAP) experience would be good, but candidate's primary focus would be on Oracle JDE E1
  • Understand the business aspects of Finance not just how to code the modules.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., API management, ESB) and experience in implementing data integration solutions.
  • Understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data privacy, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.
  • Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
