CE South Central currently has an exciting Regional Business Development Manager opportunity based at our Carrollton, TX location.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the design and execution of sales strategies, policies and programs for the Business Development Reps for the South Central region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency at Leading team of inside Business Development Reps (BDR). Directly responsible for leadership and supervision of the local inside BDR team.

2. Responsible for scaling up newly created BDR group. Increase capabilities of group through training, coaching, goal setting and product understanding.

3. Planning and delivering CRM strategies in BDR group. Monitoring relationships with customers through CRM systems.

4. Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel. Create opportunities and new contact and communication strategies.

5. Track customer reports on pipeline, open quotes, new opportunities, recent activities, lost sales.

6. Build strong and positive relationships with existing, new and future customers.

7. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the BDR sales team.

8. Provide high standards of ongoing value based selling skills training and product training for the sales team.

9. Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train BDRs: Develop, coach and motivate the sales team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and growth targets are met.

10. Excellent time management, organization and planning skills are essential to be successful in this role. All candidates must be self-starters with proven ability to handle multiple priorities

11. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide variety of skill/knowledge levels in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.

2. 5+ years leading an inside sales team

3. Experience leading a team utilizing CRM software (Sales Force).

4. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performance sales teams

5. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

1. Exceptional Interpersonal communication skills complete with the ability to follow through on results

2. Must be committed to quality, customer service and satisfaction.

3. High sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities

4. Proven ability to measure results and communicate ROI

5. Proficient in Sales Force and Microsoft Office applications
