Pay Range - $62,866.93 - $91,028.88 (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The role of a Sales Administrator is to manage incoming customer inquiries and assist outside Sales with daily sales administration activities. This includes the opportunity to work closely with the Sales team on handling customer orders and fulfillment requirements, follow through on delivery, price inquiries, and payment discrepancies, and have a wide latitude of communications with customers. The position also serves as a liaison with other departments and performs a wide range of administrative duties related to the daily operations of the Sales departments. Other responsibilities may include researching new product inquiries, inventory management, and open order status reports. The Sales Administrator must handle a high volume of orders accurately and have a strong working knowledge of the sales procedures to assist the internal and external customers and the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, work independently and have a proactive approach.
REQUIREMENTS
2-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of customer service or related experience. Manufacturing, logistics, or technology industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SAP or other ERP experience preferred
Must be able to work accurately with high attention to detail
Up to 10% of travel, local and domestic
Intermediate computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
