Summary:

In this role, you will build strategic plans to address provider's needs and design solutions to drive revenue and value across a regional territory that spans Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky. You will manage the relationships of small to medium size hospital accounts including custom financial relationships and the day-to-day operations of the partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy comprehensive analytics to drive recommendations and decision making.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives.

  • Interact and collaborate with suppliers ensuring contract sales growth.

  • Coordinate effective relationships with provider contacts, proactively balancing relationships between the supplier and provider.

  • Identify, prioritize and implement high value projects to deliver strong customer service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired.

  • 7 or more years of relevant account management/sales experience in a hospital/health care setting required.

  • Proficiency with Customer Relations Management (CRM) required. (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience working with health care executive levels with the ability to influence decisions at both the C-suite and department head levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to executive management.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

  • Must live in Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, or Kentucky.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$102,400.00 - $152,200.00
