Salary: $70,000-$80,000

1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Essential Functions:

• Maintain item costs to ensure the accuracy of ingredient costs, labor, and overhead content.
• Analyze and audit actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Monitor and report on the performance of labor and overhead standards as compared to actual costs.
• Participate in establishing manufacturing performance standards while leveraging the ERP system.
• Generate ad hoc financial analyses as required by management for all aspects of the business.
• Develop and distribute weekly/monthly KPI reports for Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, operations, logistics, or a similar field.
• A minimum of two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• ERP application knowledge in the manufacturing space, SAP preferred.
• Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist, or similar role.
• Computer skills - MO Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvement.
