As a Service Operations Equipment Specialist supporting Clinical Operations, you will be trusted to manage the transportation, delivery, and logistics for various Alcon Surgical devices. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Coordinate the release and shipment of Surgical equipment logistics ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation working closely with the Inventory Assist team ensuring proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to include but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Field-based roles.
• Drives internal control, regulatory, and process compliance through active understanding, engagement, and vigilance.
• Identify and resolve issues within the CRM system and related software applications.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, tracking the status and location of all devices.
• Oversee delivery process, ensuring that equipment is received as expected and in a safe, timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to address critical technical challenges.

KEY REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work hours: M-F 8 hour days
• Travel Requirements: 10% domestic
