WTOV- TV has a great opportunity for you! We are looking for current college juniors or seniors, who are interested in a career in television broadcasting - and with a focus specifically on broadcasting for news, sports or weather. If you are a resident of Ohio and/or attending a school in Ohio and still interested please read on.

This paid internship will provide exposure to many aspects of television broadcasting, including news, weather, and sports. It is anticipated the internship will provide up to a maximum of 155 hours, averaging 15 hours/week.

Candidate must receive college credit to participate in this internship.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be attending an accredited post secondary school in Ohio college or resident of Ohio
• Each intern is required to work 15 hours a week inclusive of some evenings/weekends
• Candidates must be registered for college classes during the quarter or semester in which the internship is performed
• Communications, Journalism, or some similar-related area are highly desired.
• Internship is paid.
