STVhas an opening for aRegionalMarketing Managerin ourFort Worth, TXoffice. Other location possibilities are Dallas or Frisco, TX. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to company's marketing staff including proposal managers and coordinators, as well as graphic design professionals in the Texas/Mountain Region
  • Responsible for strategic direction and guidance relating to the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and related business development submittals in accordance with industry standards and company marketing strategies within a specific region.

Activities Include:

  • Monitor staffs' implementation of established procedures for work processes and quality control
  • Assure that content and graphics standards are met
  • Assure that innovative and creative thinking are incorporated into marketing documents
  • Assure that prepared submissions are of high quality, competitive, and fully compliant with client RFP/Q requirements
  • Responsible for confirming that all proposals meet standards for quality and compliance prior to submission.
  • Monitor proposal schedules and assist proposal managers/coordinators in solving problems that may arise with management and technical staff schedule compliance.
  • Provide input on strategic initiatives for specific offices/regions or nationally.
  • Lead key strategic pursuit proposals
  • Provide input with respect to hiring, terminations, advancement, promotion, and other changes in marketing proposal staff status.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and managing proposal development activity within the A/E/C industry
  • Creative, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Exhibits curiosity about the built environment
  • Committed to quality and strategy
  • Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and has strong time management and research skills
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide
  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments under strict deadlines
  • Client-focused and has a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs like Illustrator a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of proposal management experience;Transportation Infrastructure proposal experience preferred
  • Experience managing proposal process in the A/E/C management industry is required

Compensation Range:

$120,489.00 - $160,652.00
