Impact you will make

The HR Compliance Analyst is responsible for the administration of programs, policies, and practices that ensure that FinThrive's people policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. In addition to compliance tasks, this role will provide support within our HR Operations team, to include affirmative action plan oversight, colleague transactions support, internal and external audits, government reporting, and compliance process implementation. Key responsibilities will include leveraging and utilizing data to identify areas of opportunity to drive change.

What you will do

  • Administer our Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), ensuring compliance with affirmative action obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas in our AAP where attention is required and make recommendations for action plans that establish strategies for addressing AA goals
  • Design and implement audit and reporting processes that measure affirmative action data, monitor program effectiveness, and analyze whether objectives were attained on an ongoing basis
  • Process colleague transactions and preboard new hires within our Dayforce HCM platform
  • Handle all I-9 verification processes via E-Verify
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures manual for HR Operations
  • Responsible for all federal contract compliance reporting, to include our Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, California Pay Data, and VETS-4212 reporting
  • Manage all corporate internal and external audits and provide ongoing data support
  • Develop and maintain metrics-based reporting that track processes and support compliance measures, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create effective PowerPoint presentations and data reports in connection with HR initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation and actively seek opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and initiatives

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Compliance role or a HR Generalist role with compliance responsibilities
  • 1+ years of experience administering affirmative action plans
  • Knowledge of employment-related federal and state statutes, laws, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas and VLOOKUPs.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with experience creating effective corporate presentations
  • Elevated level of discretion and judgment and the ability to manage confidential matters with integrity
  • Ability to think critically and analyze and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating agility, project management skills, and resourcefulness

What we would like to see

  • Experience with Tableau or BI highly desirable
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce desirable
  • Experience with OFCCP recordkeeping requirements preferred
