Your Opportunity: Navitor, Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Implementation Account Coordinatorto join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal teams and customers on implementing new and existing programs.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal resources and customers with item setup, proofing, validation, and testing
  • Provide effective communication to the customer, Sales, Operations and vendor teams regarding the status of tasks and projects
  • Assist by verifying all of the required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, or other customer requirements
  • Adapt to program set-up changes as dictated by the customer, Sales or Operations team
  • Maintain effective follow-through in-line with standard operating procedures
  • Escalate concerns when implementation tasks are at risk and suggest corrections to right project trajectory
  • Ability to manage multiple project and task assignments simultaneously, while managing due dates
  • Consistently meet defined deadlines and maintaining project tracking throughout the life cycle of project requests
  • Assist on implementation calls to gather specific details concerning the set-up of print program items
  • Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines, as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability in all aspects of work
  • Initiative and responsiveness
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Ability to speak and communicate with fellow employees at a professional level
