Manager of Project Office
EFA PIM leadership team is now looking for a new colleague!
We are looking for a manager to our project office. As Manager of Project you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams, and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture and drive deliveries for business-critical product releases in our Site. You will also be a part of the PIM leadership team and part of developing and implementing strategies fit for purpose to enable our company's success!
As a Manager of Project Office, you will:
- Develop the project business.
- Manage NPI/TPI and technical project managers.
- Manage supply program managers.
- Manage transformation leaders.
- Control service performance, development, and monitoring of section performance KPIs.
- Manage the unit to adhere to supply strategy and plan & review the unit
- Strategic deliveries to optimize flow efficiency and improve time-to-volume.
- Drive excellent ways of working for a project-driven organization.
- Develop network and interactions with key stakeholders for our radio business
In this role, you must have:
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a leader/manager
- Domain experience: project management, agile, technical leadership
- Customer insight
- Business understanding
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Coaching & mentoring skills
- Negotiation skill
- Skilled in formulating strategies
