The IT New Store Opening Coordinator is responsible for all hardware and software/application technology components of new stores. This is a hands-on role, wherein the coordinator will be responsible for traveling to new locations to provide hands-on hardware and software application installation, troubleshooting, and support.
The right candidate for this role will have experience with the implementation, management, and support of multiple restaurant and hospitality hardware and software applications, including Point of Sale, back office / inventory systems, etc. They will further have experience in working directly with Operations to ensure their needs are addressed in a very busy and chaotic time surrounding an opening. This role will require travel up to 95% of the time depending on new store opening requirements.
