The Agile Delivery Lead will manage and oversee the delivery of products or projects to various internal stakeholder groups, ensuring these solutions meet the required needs within the agreed-upon timelines. The Agile Delivery Lead will act as a bridge between our stakeholders and our technical team, providing clear communication, smooth execution, and strong client relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.

As an Agile Delivery Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Project Management: Lead the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Manage project schedules, resources, and risks.
  • Capability Development: Serve as the primary contact for teams, helping them develop capabilities in the AI space. Utilize the ideation process to gather and organize ideas and synthesize these into potential capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Advise, coach, and mentor project teams. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Product Management: Assist the organization in maturing from a Product Management perspective by utilizing various Agile methodologies. Prioritize product/project backlog. Attend daily standups to help define impediments and help address them. Work closely with functional leads to understand the overall product roadmap and the definitions of done.
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and optimize delivery processes and techniques. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliveries comply with the client's methodologies and governance standards. Oversee the quality assurance process throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication/Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress and other metrics for management. Provide strategic advice and updates to stakeholders. Meet with functional leads and business contacts to discuss progress on Use Cases. Schedule and attend meetings to provide project updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • 4+ years of Consulting experience preferred in supporting Financial Services industry
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated capacity for detailed strategic thinking.
  • Experience in managing schedules, reporting requirements, and project teams.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of and passion for AI.
