Job Summary
Provide administrative and program support for Jindal School of Management (JSOM) Undergraduate Programs. Provide for the skillful examination of student's personal and academic credentials and accurately process these forms to meet individual goals. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of student academic records.
Minimum Education and Experience

Completion of two years of college. Two years of experience as a Degree Plan Evaluator I, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer proficiency and knowledge of software programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To review, update, and correct student degree plans for undergraduate students in JSOM by accurately examining students' academic information.

Analyze student records in preparation for appointments or walk-ins; respond to emails from both existing and prospective students in a timely manner. Provide information on course/degree options and University policies; make appropriate referrals. Work with students on degree program requirements, assist students with registration, create and maintain student degree audits, and process graduation files. Maintain confidentiality of student records. Audit graduation degree plans.

Demonstrates the ability to work effectively and collaborate with administrators, faculty, and staff in various campus offices as well as a diverse student population in providing for academic advising needs of individuals or groups of students.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
