Summary

BANKING XPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE II WILL HELP SET THE EXAMPLE FOR THEIR FELLOW CO-WORKERS BY DEMONSTRATING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES. THEIR SUPPORT OF TEAMWORK, TEAM PARTICIPATION, PRODUCT TRAINING, PROMOTING ANY CHANGES THAT CITY BANK IS MAKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE BANK AND SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT IS IMPORTANT AS BEING A LEADER OF THE TEAM. BEING AN ACTIVE ROLE MODEL WILL SHOW THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THE BEST IT CAN BE. BXRS II WILL ASSIST BXRS III , AS NEEDED, WITH QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS OTHER BXRS MAY HAVE. HOURS CONSIST OF 8 AM 5 PM, (HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE) WITH A ROTATING SATURDAY FROM 9 AM TO 12 PM. MUST CALL THE MANAGER IF NOT ABLE TO BE AT WORK OR GOING TO BE LATE.

PRIOR BANKING EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WILL TAKE CUSTOMER CALLS ALONG WITH OTHER BXRS II, HANDLING ALL AREAS OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ISSUES, ONLINE BANKING, MOBILE BANKING, LOAN PAYMENTS, DEBIT CARDS, DISPUTES AND FRAUD. MUST BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE QUICKLY WHILE PROVIDING A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SENSITIVE INFORMATION. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW PROFICIENCY WITH SUBMITTING AND MATCHING C/X REFERRALS. BXRS II MUST FOLLOW ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF CITY BANK.
